Jasbir Wouhra better known as
Jas Wouhra….is a renowned artist.
He is known as the closest voice of Rafi, he is versatile artist who has art of writing songs composing his own songs, has performed in over 300 live shows, despite his very busy life as he is a Company Director of a very successful Food Company. He never gave up his passion for music and continued to take classical music training from Ajit Singh Matlashi and an Italian accordion player named Jack Tambooro who teaching him to play Accordian in 1983, he completed his A level in Music and started learning classical music.
He is a versatile singer who has done various Albums namely Yaad Na Jaye, Evening with Jas Wouhra, Tribute to Rafi And Kishore, Tribute to Shammi Kapoor, Tribute to Jagjit Singh and his own album Pehla Pehla Payaar, with Sadhana Sargam and Purnima. He has sang as a play back singer for a Film which was produced in London.
He performed in BBC Mega Mela with Shahrukh Khan and Yash Chopra, he performed at Wembley Arena with Sunidhi Chauhan and KK. He is now completing another Album this year.
Jas Wouhra has done many shows and all the funds have been donated to Various Charities like Oxfam, Sikh Aid, Healthy Hearts, Islamic Relief, Sri Lanka tsunami aid, Gujarat Earth Quake, Charity helping victim of Domestic Violence helping Philippines storms this year.
Recently Perfomed At ICC Birmingham with Atif Aslam, Performed at Raaj fm Mega Mela Birmingham, 60 years of Bollywood estravaganza which was a big success.
